Important Reminders
- Points expire 12 months after they are earned if unused

- Always use the same booking account to accumulate points
- Points cannot be transferred or merged between accounts
- Only one reward may be redeemed per visit
- Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promotions

HOW DO I JOIN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM ?
No sign-up needed! You’re automatically enrolled when you book an appointment through our online Fresh booking system or visit us in-store. Just make sure to always use the same account to keep earning points.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS ?
To redeem your points
I FORGOT TO USE MY POINTS AT CHECKOUT. CAN I APPLY THEM RETROACTIVELY?
Unfortunately, points cannot be applied after the transaction is completed. Please redeem your reward before checkout or during online booking.
HOW CAN I EARN POINTS ?
You earn points through the following actions:
| 1 point | for every $1 spent on services and memberships |
| 25 points | for leaving a review (limit 1 per month) |
| 10 points | for each online booking |
| 100 bonus points | for every 5 completed appointments |
WHERE CAN I SEE MY POINTS BALANCE ?
Log in to your account on the Fresha platform, then view your Wallet to check your current points balance. Or simply ask our staff during your visit!
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE ?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed.
DO MY REWARDS EXPIRE ?
Yes. Rewards expire 6 months after they are redeemed but not used.
CAN I COMBINE REWARD POINTS WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS ?
No. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers. You’ll need to choose one or the other per visit.
